Based in Perth, Australia, Soulistic Synergy Co is a holistic wellness brand dedicated to helping individuals take control of their health and restore balance through intentional cleansing. With no fluff or quick fixes, they provide educational content and high-quality solutions that promote real, lasting healing for the mind, body, and spirit.
Project Brief
Kali came to us with the idea of creating a seamless online space for her at-home cleansing kits, where customers could easily buy, learn, and explore.
What began as a simple site for a single detox kit evolved into a full eCommerce experience offering both individual products and curated bundles. The focus was to present the detox kits in a way that felt elegant, grounded, earthy, informative, yet simple. Kali trusted us to bring her vision of a trusting, grounded, elegant, and relatable website to life.
We also shaped the brand identity (see case study here) refining the tone and visuals to feel cohesive, authentic and intentional. During our strategy sessions, Kali asked for minimal animations to avoid distracting users, so we kept movement subtle, limited to open–close interactions, and added a gentle smooth-scroll effect for depth and immersion.
The Homepage
The page Introduces the brand’s story, mission, and the what, why, and how.
Strong call-to-actions guide visitors to recognize their symptoms as part of the problem, and the cleanse kits as the solution. Since these are health-focused products taken internally, establishing trust was essential. The page ends with a personal quote from Kali, adding warmth and authenticity to the browsing experience. It was important for visitors to see the human behind it all—not just a business, but someone just like them, who created something out of personal frustration.

Purchasing Flow
We wanted the buying journey to feel smooth and intuitive — no friction, no fuss.
From browsing to checkout, every step was designed to feel effortless and trustworthy. Visitors can explore all the products, or dig deeper into one, and add to cart without ever losing their place. A custom cart design keeps things clean and on-brand, while the checkout process, powered by Stripe and Commerce Layer, ensures a simple, secure, and seamless finish. The goal was to make the experience feel as grounded and thoughtful as the brand itself.
The Pages
The site comes together through two key pages: About and Parasites.
The About page shares the story and heart behind Soulistic Synergy Co., helping people connect with the person behind the brand. The Parasites page takes on the educational side, helping visitors understand what’s really going on in their bodies and why these products exist in the first place, and how they can help.
404 Page
Even the 404 page got some love.
A light, friendly message that keeps it human and on-brand. Because every touchpoint matters, even the unexpected ones.
